Pros
The pay was decent. Olympic park is a nice place to work.
Cons
The worst systems I have ever used in my life. CRM system over 30 years old. Some departments trying to operate as a contact centre but does not have adequate technology for staff to do the best job they can. Working off only one screen from a laptop that is over 8 years old (Samsung don't make laptops anymore) This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Being a technology company I was so surprised by the archaic systems and processes used.
