Pros
Company is very fast and pro-active in attacking the market. Technology wise, they have the best price/performance in the industry for several products. Brand name improving every year. Good compensation plan.
Cons
Still a international company (not Global) and lacks understanding the market. It is still a Korean company operating in each country. Business dependant too much on what is called "Business Manager", "Shadow" or "Korean expatriate". It may be the strength or weakness of the full LOB at the country. Little to none "top talent" retention effectiveness.
