Really horrible working environment in finance team - Management Accountant Samsung Electronics Employee Review

Boss and toxic culture. No respect on employees. Managers in management accounting team are creating nightmare to every one. Only 2 members in the management accounting team and 6 people left. 300% turn over but the manager are still staying. Managers in different team are arguing every day to push responsibilities.
