Pros
1. good starting salary 2. openess 3. projects are diversed and many to choose from 4. company takes care of employees or that I have come to understand.
Cons
1 workload is erratic, sometimes too much sometimes too less but nonetheless you have to stay in office for minimum 9~10 hours. 2. after good starting salary, you can be stuck in a limbo. 3. if u don't take care of your professional goals you will be put on incoherent projects and in the end you would nt have single theme in your resume.
