Pros
The company is huge and offers many possibilities of staying ahead of what's next. Competitive salary, good perks and possibility of interaction with multicultural/multinational teams is really interesting.
Cons
The company doesn't trust on its employers - unless they are from HQ. So if you were hired in a management position in your country and expect to apply your knowledge to contribute with the business, just forget it. All strategies are made in HQ without sharing it with their international management. If you really care about working on something great, this is not the place for you.
