Pros
Despite the occasional fake or misleading reviews that can appear online from either competitors or ex-employees that were unfortunately sacked for poor performance, the reality is that Samuel Knight has built a reputation as one of the best companies to work for in the staffing sector across the UK and US. What Dan, Steve, and the wider management team have created over the last 13 years is genuinely impressive. They’ve built a business with an energetic, high-performance culture where people are supported, recognised, and given every opportunity to succeed. The company offers uncapped earning potential, clear progression opportunities, and a leadership team that is approachable, invested in its people, and committed to helping employees develop both professionally and personally. The culture is collaborative rather than cut-throat, and there’s a real sense that hard work is rewarded. No company is perfect, but the overwhelming experience for people who genuinely work here is that Samuel Knight is an ambitious, supportive, and rewarding place to build a career.
Cons
Get better at cutting through the crap, hire well and fire even better, sometimes it takes to long to see that someone isn't right for us.. Management are too supportive sometimes, If new hires don't add value within 6 months they aren't right for recruitment
