Pros
I developed a great relationship with my bosses and always enjoyed coming into work. Due to my position I had great insight into the company, which made me aware of different areas for improvement. Since they treated me with respect from day one I never hesitated to share my thoughts and concerns with them. My position allowed me to see how a successful company operates and grow in my career.
Cons
The only issue I had with the company was the half hour lunch break. I brought this issue up to the President and he agreed to change the lunch policy. Employees now get an hour lunch.
