Pros
Offer all colleagues private healthcare however, the plan is very restrictive.
Cons
Limited progression. Very poor management at all levels. Lots of legacy colleagues with significantly inflated salaries which causes tension amongst the workforce. Work-life balance is also poor- large emphasis on working beyond contracted hours for salaried staff without compensation.
