Pros
The role started off well with an ambitious and skilled new team. Unfortunately this fell apart rapidly after a director left the company and our superiors over committed to delivering implementations.
Cons
Barely any support available as the whole team were extremely busy. Team roles and responsibilities are unclear especially with Project Managers and their remit. Private Equity investment means there will be constant restructures and unrealistic revenue targets.
