Business outlook
Pros
Exceptional team, meaningful work, supportive and caring leadership, lots of great experience to gain clinically. There’s also a diverse client base and diverse opportunities within the agency itself to pursue your interests within the field. The leadership team genuinely tries to support staff as much as possible while navigating funding and grants and whatnot. Clinicians are trusted to provide good services and manage their schedules and have support when challenges arise. Good people from the top down.
Cons
Nonprofit (meaning pay on the lower end) and occasionally challenging cases but still a great place to work and gain experience. Also, this is a training clinic so generally once folks are licensed they need to find a new job.
