Pros
-Casual environment, good location with nice employee perks like good deals on clothing and a company gym. -Training ensures that even the least tech-savvy among us can become competent and even excel at our jobs. -Work at home program for call center helps reduce a potentially expensive commute.
Cons
-Very cliquish, especially among the management/supervisors/trainers at the call center. -Major favoritism is shown there too--if they like you, you can get away with nearly everything. If not...well, you best watch out because they might find a reason to let you go. -New PTO policy favors the healthy and the childless. If you book a family vacation for eight months from now, you'd better hope you or your kids don't get sick, or you are faced with the option of either losing your job or having to cancel plans you already paid for--EVEN if the trip was already approved.
