The company is honest and forward thinking, with a great collaborative environment. I'm encouraged to share my ideas and feedback, and even explore additional growth opportunities within my first year. I feel fully supported and not under excessive and unrealistic pressure, my work life balance is completely ideal for me, 9-5:30, mon-friday.
Cons
There can be a lot of nuances to the industry and different aspects that you may not immediately know on hand, but it's always pretty easy to find answers, whether in your resources or by asking your peers! Also, just a little disappointed in the manner of which my particular performance review raise went. Since I hadn't fully been there a year but excelled, my higher raise percentage was skewed down for essentially lack of time experience I guess. They were very encouraging and open to negotiation when first discussing starting pay though, and there are bonus opportunities and other benefits.
