Thank you for taking the time to review your two weeks with Sanctuary. We’re sorry to hear your experience wasn't a positive one. Our Flexible Working policy and procedure provides all staff with the option to request working hours to balance work and home commitments. There are sites within the Group that do not have kitchen facilities. This is the case at our Worcester office however there is an on-site restaurant and it’s only a short walk into town. The provision of a laptop or home working are available depending on the role undertaken within the organisation. We have a dedicated HR team across the country and all details are available on Solis and contained within our staff induction programme. We also have a national network of peer elected Staff Council reps to support and signpost staff.
