      Great people to work with. Flexible remote/hybrid work.

      Cons

      Typical startup pains. Chaotic at times. Not a con to me because I enjoyed the madness and growth. But Glassdoor doesn't allow empty comments.

      It's fun; you can learn a lot, and you can meet people.

      Cons

      Management is horrible; we're not able to receive new batteries so the store can operate properly & have consistent tech issues.
