Many very smart, educated, passionate, and talented staff, management. The business is growing very rapidly expanding to many types of project
Cons
No training, growing too fast to take on beginners and train them. I have seen several employees let go rather than been provided training. Many talented employees leave from the stress of the work load and/or, abrasive project managers.
