Awful company - Anonymous employee Sandpiper Partners Employee Review

Dress code is super casual - pretty sure I never ironed one article of clothing before going to work. Literally, that is the only pro. And it took me a while to come up with it.

I've never been in an emotionally abusive relationship but I can safely say it's probably comparable to working here. The president is a bully who consistently belittles people but does so in a passive-aggressive manner. And God forbid you ever miss something she said & ask her to repeat herself -- she will then speak slooooowly and will S-P-E-L-L words out as if you were a foreign exchange student with zero comprehension of the English language. So that was fun. Also, one of the employees there audibly huffs & puffs the entire day and is convinced someone is stealing our mail.

If you want to be yelled at constantly, hear employees argue with the president and and each other, no one wants to help you the day you start, degrade you if you make a mistake, you have to supply your own k-cups for the keurig , and you’re lucky if you get an half an hour lunch, then this is the place for you. The most unprofessional place I have ever worked at. Turnover is tremendous.
