      Pros

      Employee discount, work environment. Depending on your team, the ambiance of work can be very nice. Some nice inventive sometimes.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care about its employee. Lots of payroll problems that keeps happening. Commission often forgot to be paid accurately , sometimes the pay doesn't arrive on time. Happened to me 3 times during 3 month there. I would say it depends on your district manager if he/she is good or not .
