Severely impacted by a toxic culture fostered by management. This behaviour not only demoralised the team but many talented individuals left because they felt unsupported and undervalued and treated terribly. Marred by a toxic atmosphere driven by management's bullying tactics. I witnessed several occasions where managers would undermine employees in front of their peers, which created a sense of dread and insecurity among the team. This kind of behavior not only lowered morale but also led to high turnover rates, as many felt they had no choice but to leave.
