Pros
For some roles there is some flexibility and there are a few genuine and good people.
Cons
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this organization as a place of employment. Some of the concerns noted in other reviews were consistent with what I observed during my time there.
In my role, expectations often felt misaligned with the actual scope of responsibilities, and there was a recurring pattern of increased workload without an adjustment in compensation. The starting compensation range for many roles also appeared low relative to the level of responsibility required. The individuals working within the organization are highly educated and qualified professionals, and my experience suggests a need for more sustainable compensation structures in relation to workload and expectations.
At times, there also appeared to be a limited understanding of the demands placed on clinicians and site leadership, from the perspective of leadership and HR, which impacted clarity around roles and workload distribution.
Additionally, the organization would benefit from improved structure, coordination, and more consistent internal processes, as there are inefficiencies related to how the organization operates.
Overall, my experience reflects ongoing structural and operational challenges that made the work environment difficult.
