Poor management and salary - Customer Service Representative Sanef Groupe Employee Review

Flexibility to work from home. Opportunity to travel. Company provides bagels on Friday.

Customer expectations as presented by the sales team did not accurately reflect the level of effort or timeframes required. As a result, many things had to be rushed as to be completed.

Work environment is nice. Great co-workers and resourceful as well. Flexibility of schedule is great. Local office and people are nice. I keep repeating myself but the nice thing about the work here is the people and not the work.

HQ management is a pain. Project deadlines are pushed up from HQ / site Project managers just so that their numbers look good but is not really needed for the project itself. Documentation is all over the place.
