Pros

Sorry to say this but there is not even a single positive thing I found during my experience there, which can be mentioned here.

Cons

Company is not doing anything innovating it's just a dead D2C business being run for 6-8% operating profit margin. You should be joining only if you feel you would die without this job. Personal Growth: You will be just listening to 1-2 people running the business and implementing blindly what has been asked. There is absolutely no role in the organization which requires thinking, a 10th standard student can do most of the jobs. Professional Growth: There is no scope of professional growth, since you were not able to implement anything significant, your role was to finish the menial tasks, and your presence didn't make any difference in the system. Expecting it would be little unfair, but who shall be blamed. I feel the employee, shouldn't have compromised with the self esteem and self worth. Work Culture: If you expect after working for a month that you must receive your salary on times, that's not a fair expectation. Accountant might be on leave for a week so it can be delayed and please don't worry that's a norm here. Everything is being taken so casually, you won't even dare to ask a logical reason for the delay. It's a cultural mess in short, people are using foul language in open and Hr and their managers sitting at arm's length don't bother to stop them. Folks
