Meh - Assistant Head Waitress Sani Resort Employee Review

Salary is meh, working hours are terrible,tips are inexcusable, overtime is not paid and not even verbally appreciated. On top of that, you have to argue for the basics like eating good food and leave on time. The house they gave us to live in didn't even have a working stove, or basic stuff like cutlery, glasses or plates. So we had to pay for it ourselves. And no one cares if you feel sick or have a serious job to do or have any problem regarding work whatsoever.
