They lie to get what they want and need. They use their staff and not in the good way. They are not transparent about what is happening. They overwork their staff and do not provide adequate pay to its employees (unless you started out with them from the beginning of the company. or have some sort of outside friendship with them). They do not listen to their medical staff who look out for their best interest. They do not follow the law when it comes to lunch breaks.
