Pros

Really nothing good to say

Cons

Much stress and pressure They don't care about quality, only quantity; they tell you they want a certain amount of assembly pieces per hour and they pressure you. They are always on the line right behind you, harassing you and watching you, are pressuring you to hurry up. Because of this, you can't do your job well. You have to do it fast because they are watching you all the time and they ask you why you take so long. Due to this, you can't concentrate, and the work turns out badly. Every day they scold you for everything and for nothing. If you want to know what it's like to work like a slave, come here . Plus, you have to clock out just to go to the bathroom. there are many mistakes

Pros

A fast paced work environment with a lot of learning opportunities. Friendly management and coworkers. Everyone is willing to help one another if needed and cross train to different departments. A true team environment, where everyone is willing to help each other out. I enjoyed going to work every day. Fun holiday parties and quarterly bonuses. Management was approachable and helpful. Good work/life balance, as we had set hours and worked hourly.

Cons

With all experiences in life, some employees will prioritize drama over their workload. This led to high turnover at times due to personality conflicts combined with lack of work ethic, which makes it difficult to work as a team when you are trying your best and others aren’t. Limited overtime, based on company sales.

Pros

The people on the ground floor are great to work with.

Cons

It is unfortunate that the C-Level Management (CEO & CFO) rule with such an iron fist and instill fear into the Middle/Lower Management. This causes them to push employees to the point of exhaustion with little to no additional resources. Everyone is just trying to keep their head low and follows orders to stay in line, and not catch any attention from the Upper Management. It is a shame because most of the employees there are great people, but the constant pressure and stress takes a big toll on the moral and happiness of the employees.
