The best part about working at Sanity is the people, hands down. It’s like a family and your coworkers want you to succeed. You’re respected and given the space and freedom to do your job. There are lots of opportunities for team building (even during Covid).

It can be challenging to grow your career depending on what part of the business you’re in. However, there’s ample opportunity to communicate with upper management about your goals. The biggest con is that you will miss your coworkers and the company if you leave.

You're surrounded by amazing colleagues that are truly supportive of each other's success and well being. You're provided the tools and resources to be as successful as you can possibly be.
