1) If you negotiate and join with a good pay package , the payments are not linked to performance and everything is part of take home salary 2) If you do well, there are performance based incentives outside of CTC. 3) Small engineering hardware division.Work really depends on the project.Cannot say good or bad in general
Cons
All process take time HR dont have much powers Lot of paper work for every small thing.
