SOME of the staff were nice, beautiful (but sad) surroundings.

Wouldn't recommend at all. Working conditions are harsh, having to work over 15 hours EVERY single day in a demanding environment for a miserable (and illegal) salary. It reached a point where it was just getting ridiculous: even if you get sick they pressure you to work, and were also asked to do many extra outdoor jobs that you were not contracted to do for no extra pay. This company is currently undergoing some serious investigations. The worst thing of all was the management: unexperienced, unqualified and lacking skills. They had a turnover of 30 workers last season. Also expect the option of getting fired so they don't reimburse your flights fares. My advice: WALK AWAY!

The nature is the only upside to this place. The guests perhaps. The rest of the company is completely corrupt. Management has no experience whatsoever. No stock take is taken, food is stored on the floor, the lack of resources is horrendous. Breaks are unpaid and interrupted, wages are illegal (after checking with the Finnish union the company had been underpaying all the staff), and the working hour are long. Some staff have worked 20 hrs in a day, and often do 16 hr/day. Firing people is everyday. Two people got fi After I tried to discuss with HR about being underpaid she said it had nothing to do with her and that any worries I had should go to the Finnish authorities.

Its been a nightmare, with finnish tax ill be getting less than 450 dollars a month.
