Pros
Only saving grace is the activities you get to do in the low season, and the other amazing staff members.
Cons
The organisation was tragic. Not many staff finish the season as they realise what a disaster it is. We had 3 different supervisors in food and beverage after the ones before had quit for not wanting to be part of this awful company. Lack of care for their staff. The manager was absolutely horrible and noone could bear to be around him. Staff food is disgusting , you dont get the same as guests and you live off a diet of chips and rice. People were scared to speak up for fear of being sacked/the management would argue back
