Pros
It's a decent place to work as long as you don't have any aspirations. Nepotism reigns king and all leadership roles go to Spanish employees. Some managers don't put any effort in carrying for their teams, and you will not learn anything new unless you go for it. Sometimes people stop you from doing the right thing. Practices are very inefficient. IT systems are older than those from the university you come from. We still use excel 2010
Cons
It will be expected from you to do extra work and responsibility, tough on the same pay. Very little internal opportunities, & people won't hesitate to stab you in the back. Benefits are very hard to get and you have to spend hours with HR over the phone if you need anything. If you are looking for competitive colleagues and a good camaraderie, this is the wrong place for you. The staff can be extremely uneducated in any topic and this will be a big stop for your career.
