The role is for customer service, however the customer is never put first. Targets in general are too tight. Other departments/ colleagues refusing to take ownership. Nobody seems to care about the customers Terrible employer for people with mental health issues, there is little to no understanding. Management cannot help with simple queries and instead direct you to teammates for help A 'box ticking' culture Lack of transparency Terrible working hours - often scheduling you to work until 9pm one week followed directly the day after with 7am starts. Almost impossible to request holidays and even if you do so months in advance they will not schedule random days. A sense of feeling always replaceable and under valued for the work you do
