Pros
Friendly, internationally-minded and supportive company with lots of career opportunities. The best thing about this place is that no one expects you to be perfect, and that you are encouraged to learn from your mistakes -- the tasks can be hard and daunting at times, but you are never left stranded when working on them. Also, the work is interesting with lots of practical exposure into development and everything else associated with it, which makes this company a great place for anyone who wants to start out. Work hours are relatively flexible, and the office is located in a relatively picturesque place. Overall, the people are the best thing about Sapiens.
Cons
Sometimes you are expected to work very long hours, and compensation for these said hours is not guaranteed (since it is up to your manager and the nature of the project itself). The initial training could have been more hands on and practical, especially as you are expected to be able to have processed all of the information immediately (i.e. you are expected to remember what you have learnt).
