Pros
1. Good Annual Hikes as compare to service based industry. ( I got almost 50% in less than 2 year time frame). However variable component is huge but still whatever is increased in base pay will satisfy you if you have earlier experience in IT giant IBM, TCS, Infosys or otherbig Name). 2. Freedom to present your ideas. 3. Continuous Improvement in last one year and organizing policies like Finance and PF was a pain earlier but it got improved over the time and all who are mentioning those things they even don't know what actually they are getting.
Cons
1. Hiring Process is not good. So most of the people just want to enjoy their tenure here without even benefiting company and now they are writing reviews here on Glassdoor. 2. Onsite Managers are good but in India they are just for formality.
