This is not saputo, it’s the illegitimate child of MG and WCB You could write a thesis on organisational bias after working here. The senior leadership is stacked with ex WCB employees who have a clear agenda. They business has not moved forward as one. If employees are not performing (especially those from western Vic) then there is simply a new cushy role created to hide them away. There is little to no accountability. Safety and compliance is not understood or respected. I’ve witnessed senior managers simply berate it. There has been very poor management of multiple acquisitions and the business simply can not move forward.
