It's all about who you know and who you blow at this company. I worked for 6 months along side someone who did absolutely nothing but we got paid the same. I went up the chain of command as you see taught, learned managers knew of these issues and yet did nothing still. Then I went to corporate HR and was fired as what I saw as retaliation in the most sneaky way.
