      Metalwork can be tough and dirty sometimes. But facility is clean and air conditioned.

      Getting out of the small mom and pop mindset. This has gotten better, but it still occasionally happens.

      Pros

      Its a cool place to work, they have perks if you don't miss 90 days straight . Its hard to get fired and its layed back.

      Cons

      The bosses are kinda rude. Its a small plant. Mom and pops type place. If your not in the cicle then your kinda cast out. They have their favorites.
