CEO and management team are very two-faced. Outwardly very nice but will stab you in the back (repeatedly) if you are not in their old boys club.
Prestl is not fit to be a CEO, the CEO before him was much better but things have gone downhill since then. The management team are all guys who worked elsewhere before and just look out for each other. If your not in the club your not in the club.
The company is loosing ground to their competitors and management is doing nothing about it. Acquisitions are squandered money, but its the only way the company can grow. what has the company innovated in the last 5 years?
