Pros
- People are largely nice and helpful - Job can be stressful especially in the beginning but enjoyable too - SATS and CAG discounts within the airport are not bad
Cons
- Pay is low; not in line with the skills and knowledge of staff - Not much growth opportunities -- unless you want to change to a totally different department and role
