• Toxic leadership that thinks “abuse, yelling, and intimidation” is a management style • Senior people scream on the floor, bang walls, and humiliate employees publicly • Extremely degrading language used in the office, targeting families and personal dignity • No professionalism, no maturity, just ego and tantrums disguised as “vision” • HR behaves like they’re doing employees a favor by existing – zero empathy, zero support • Salary structure is a trap: arbitrary deductions, inconsistent numbers, and delayed payouts • Policies change depending on who management likes that day • People are fired overnight without process, documentation, or even basic decency • Turnover is insane – people quit or get thrown out constantly
