SASREF company is considered on of the best in Saudi, soild system and performance driven organization, its the best place ever for leaders and and high performers and in same time the worse place for low performers.
Cons
If you are low performs then this place is not for you, as you will see your next door employee get highest bounce ever in the industry and you will get zero bounce which create frustration and you will ended up leaving the company.
