      Underpaid and under appreciated

      Cons

      Beware of acquisitions- corporate will strong arm the company you have built with false pretenses only to leave you struggling with their business model- no support, no direction. They will continually change goals and undermine your clients. We have lost over 800 clients due to pricing and billing issues with their homemade client management system. Horrible. Employee concerns are overlooked or not addressed, although they are continually brought to management.

      Safety comes first, they get you what you need, and the pay is not what it should be but it is among the best in the area.
