Toxic workplace culture, not much room for advancement, pay below industry standard, PTO is laughable, management picks and chooses when to allow people to work from home, business casual dress code is ridiculous for a back office employee/non-client facing role, extremely high turnover especially for executives, high health insurance costs

Work space and facilities are well maintained.

Childish, gossipy and back stabbing behavior of staff on all levels. Not a mature staff. Frivolous spending.
