Dirty environment, hazardous, expectations when it comes to meeting quota, pay, management, training process. I couldn't even last a month there. The work is back breaking and your health can be at risk when sorting through donated clothing. My managers only seemed to care about meeting quota and making sales, which are important don't get me wrong, but they should put some care into their employees that are doing all the sweatshop-like manual labor.
