10yI appreciate your taking the time to review our company. Your thoughts on "No advancement, … poor communication, poor management" have been and are being addressed currently. We have just gone through a small re-organization to better align teams internally and empowered them to work more seamlessly with each other and our customers – internal and external. Savers has promoted several people and re-vitalized our communication structure in the last few months. Our management teams are at the vanguard of those changes, we are certainly better here than we were a few months ago.
Personally, I don't see a "good old boy club mentality" here but I respect your perspective. I'd be happy to discuss this with you. Feel free to stop by and chat with me. - John
