Atrocious management and immoral policies - Back Office Agent SaviLinx Employee Review

Thank you for being willing to share your experience with SaviLinx. It's disappointing to hear that you started out strong and were even "helping other team members," but ultimately weren't successful with us! I'm sorry that we lost you! We are always looking for people with promotable skills like those that you described. Employees with these skill sets often grow and develop into more senior roles with us! Regarding attendance and punctuality, SaviLinx understands that life happens and we have developed our policies accordingly. A single, or even a couple late starts, would not rise to the level of separation of employment.
