Finances have been bad for a little while now and the company is bleeding money. Positions are being let go routinely, most people that aren't managers or directors feel unsafe when it comes to job security. There are two employees living in Florida that they'd rather fly back and forth monthly instead of saving money to help the bulk of the employees. The company philosophy right now is to run as barebones as possible, which sucks for the people who don't get to make decisions. Unfortunately, what started out as a company in a philanthropic field has stopped doing anything that doesn't make money.
