I interviewed as an editor, was introduced to the team as a writer, but then was given assignments for an editor. -Feedback on work was unhelpful and, as it turned out, disingenuous. After I gave my notice, the manager I was working with told me he'd give me a glowing recommendation. When it came time for ratings, his true face came out - despite the many occasions I requested constructive feedback. -The manager I was working with would disappear without explanation for weeks on end and reappear only when it suited him to do so. -Very unstable and unpredictable workload
