      - Really interesting projects - Great workplace culture - Everyone is genuinely friendly - You have the opportunity to personally shape the final products

      For a company that depends on innovative engineering, the corporate structure does not seem to understand the realities of the product development cycle, and has a tendency to impose unrealistic deadlines without consulting people below the VP level.

      Pros

      The engineering staff is great. The engineering managers do care about their direct reports. Lots of fun innovative work.

      Cons

      There is a lack of focus with the teams ping ponging around on development without a process. This is due to the Engineering VP level. There’s been a parade of VPs over the last 6-8 years, continually changing team and product dynamics. Very reactionary, rather than strategic. It’s gotten slightly better, but still ad hoc reactions to things that could easily have been anticipated.
