A knowledgeable team that truly cares about the clients. Most, if not all, consultants that previously worked in the industry and have hands-on business experience. When I run into an issue on a project, I can always reach out to my co-workers for leadership and advice. The culture is lighthearted and fun. No one takes themselves too seriously here.
Cons
Communication at all levels was not always a priority, but that is changing this year. Leadership has made communication and transparency a priority and weekly calls, daily standup, and bi-weekly team calls are now the norm.

We have definitely made it a priority to hire the best consulting team in the business for the very reasons you mentioned. And yes, we are very much making communication and transparency a priority. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

Pros
It’s great working with others who are passionate about what they do.
Working with the senior leadership on a few projects has been a great experience to see their brainstorming and refining of visions for the company.
Cons
The cohesion across the company is a bit weak because everyone has their heads down and is focused on their work. Yeah, there is a get-together once a quarter to review how the business is going, but nothing that really excites me to look forward to them (no activities that truly include remote people).

Thanks for this feedback. We agree that it’s definitely inspiring to work alongside people who love what they do and we want to keep that going. Regarding the lack of cohesion – we agree. Like a lot of other companies, we are still finding our path in this remote world and love to hear suggestions from our teams on better ways to overcome the separation and bring people together. We would love to explore stipend options in the future – thanks for the suggestion.
