Pros
I have been with the company over 5 years. I started at the India office and got transferred to US. It was the best decision of my career. I originally was a .net developer but the opportunities at this company has helped me develop in to a strong BI consultant. the opportunities I have had over the years to mature my technical and soft skills have been amazing. its hard to survive in this company if you are not good. You can't fool your way around. There are some smart people and eventually, if you don't perform, you will get fired or will be sidelined. But for folks who thrive on real core technical prowess, this is the best place. I am hoping to reach architect level some day, its very tough, as the standards are very high. But I am in no hurry. Looking to stick around for another 5 years, if I have to, to reach that goal. The internal support from my peers and seniors is phenomenal.
Cons
Just one bad survey from customer and land you in trouble. They really care about the customer surveys and every single feedback is analyzed. So far I have been lucky with all 4 or higher scores out of 5!
