Pros
- Team mates are generally excellent and make it a good laugh - Middlebrook and M61 both close by, easy to get to - Company genuinely works hard to please customers but too often to the detriment of staff
Cons
- Awful management structure that is ruled by a culture of fear from director level down - Forced overtime where you'll be bullied and demeaned for not agreeing to work 13 hour days - Pay structure is terrible; 3xs build, repair and support jobs are minimum wage with a "performance bonus" after x months, which isn't based on any tangible KPI (in theory it's supposed to be but in practise this isn't the case), and can be stripped at the whims of the director at any time. As a result staff working in the same role can be paid differently to one another and performance has no actual influence on this, as not everybody's performance bonus is the same - Company breaks employment law by not offering additional holiday accrual for the regular, mandatory overtime that is expected - Career progression is at the mercy of whether you are liked by 3xs director, and not on merit - Director is a micromanager and needs to learn to trust and treat staff like adults
