      Pros

      Nice company to work for. Great vacation plan and very flexible with individual employee needs when it comes to scheduled work hours and family responsibilities. Very clean environment for a metal fabrication shop. Lots of opportunity to advance, especially on the production floor.

      Cons

      No profit sharing or bonuses. Health care is expensive, but I imagine that is true everywhere right now.

      Pros

      I have experienced a very welcoming atmosphere, feeling supported and valued as a team member. The core values regarding Safety, Integrity, Quality, Urgency, Relationships, and Innovations are practiced here every day.

      Cons

      I honestly have not found any cons to working at Schaffer Manufacturing.

      Plenty of good welders who are more than willing to teach you what they know.

      Work load always seemed to be either to heavy or too slow.
